In this presentation given at the 2008 ExperTune - TiPS User Conference, Ian Nimmo, from User Centered Design Services (www.mycontrolroom.com) shares important paradigm shifts in the evolution of control rooms, and makes the case for a change in the way we measure safety in the context of process operation in contrast to measuring "Lost Time Incidents".
